49y.o. diagnosed with cancer of the right breast. 5'4, 140 pounds, 34-D cup. Despite her very low nipples, she desired a nipple-sparing mastectomy on the right side and a left breast lift. Seen after her right staged expander followed by stacked DIEP flap breast reconstruction, left breast lift, and fat grafting from the hip rolls, flanks, and thighs.
42y.o. with a BRCA1 gene mutation. 5', 109 pounds. Underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and staged expander-implant reconstructions. Underwent nipple nerve reconstructions with nerve grafts at the time of her mastectomies. Seen post-operatively after placement of cohesive high projection partially sub-pectoral 415cc implants and fat grafting from the inner thighs.
42y.o. with carcinoma of the left breast. 5'5, 110 pounds, 32-A cup. Seen after nipple-sparing mastectomies and staged expander-implant reconstructions with cohesive high projection implants placing a 385cc implant on the right and a 415cc implant on the left, and fat grafting from the thighs. Underwent nipple nerve reconstructions with nerve grafts at the time of her mastectomies.
26y.o. with high-risk gene mutations, diagnosed with a left breast cancer. 5'2", 133 pounds. Seen after nipple-sparing mastectomies and staged expander-implant reconstructions with cohesive high projection implants placing a 535cc implant on the right and a 565cc implant on the left. Underwent nipple nerve reconstructions with nerve grafts at the time of her mastectomies. Elected not to have fat grafting.
This is a 66 year old who underwent previous lumpectomy and radiation therapy to the right breast for DCIS. Later developed invasive cancer and underwent right mastectomy and reconstruction with DIEP flap and left breast augmentation with DIEP flap.
41-year-old with a genetic mutation putting her at high risk for breast cancer. 5’3, 105 pounds, and a 32B cup. Underwent prophylactic mastectomies with nipple-sparing and desired reconstructions without implants. Seen one month following mastectomies and reconstructions with GAP microvascular flaps (upper buttock fat tissue transfers). No implants are present.
51-year-old diagnosed with cancer of the right breast. Following neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, she underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and expander followed by implant reconstructions and fat grafting. Seen 6 months following placement of cohesive smooth implants.
62-year-old underwent non-nipple-sparing mastectomies for cancer of the right breast. Initial reconstruction with tissue expanders and implants were not aesthetically pleasing or comfortable. Underwent replacement of her implants with her own tissue from the abdominal wall (DIEP microvascular flaps). No implants are present. Seen 9 months post-operative.
62 y.o. with cancer of the right breast. 5'7, 110 ibs, originally a 34A cup. Underwent nipple-sparing mastectomies and direct-to-implant reconstructions with cohesive silicone gel implants and acellular dermal matrix. Seen 6 monts post-operative.

43 y.o. underwent right lumpectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. She developed recurrent DCIS diagnosed 13 years later. She then underwent bilateral breast reductions to elevate the nipples for subsequent nipple-areolar sparing mastectomies which were performed with bilateral DIEP flap reconstructions from the abdomen.
