This 49 year old woman underwent previous lumpectomy and radiation to the left breast. She then underwent bilateral mastectomies and TRAM muscle-sparing free flap reconstructions. Nipples were reconstructed with abdominal skin and fat, as well as tattoo procedure.
This 43 year old woman underwent right mastectomy and reconstruction with muscle sparing TRAM free flap. Upper and inner breast skin was saved, then left breast lifted to improve symmetry. Her right nipple was reconstructed with graft from left nipple skin graft and tattoo.
This 48 year old woman, who was breast cancer gene positive, underwent right and left mastectomies and reconstructions with TRAM muscle sparing free flap reconstructions. Her nipples were reconstructed with abdominal skin and fat, plus tattoo procedure.

She had a breast lift with augmentation on her right breast to match her reconstructed left breast.
