28 y.o. complained of small, sagging breasts, excess skin of the abdominal wall, and muscle separation following pregnancies. She underwent mommy makeover with tummy tuck and breast augmentation with a smooth high profile 400cc silicone gel implant on the right and a 450cc implant on the left. The abdominal muscles separated by pregnancy were repaired and the excess skin was removed. The abdominal scar was designed to be concealed according to her preferred bathing wear style.
42 y.o. desired revision of her more than 20 year old breast implants and breast lift. She also complained of muscle laxity, mild skin excess particularly around the umbilicus, and an umbilical hernia following 2 full-term pregnancies. She is seen following breast capsulectomy, implant removal and replacement, breast lift and mini-tummy tuck. Muscle tightening, lower abdominal skin removal, and umbilical hernia repair were done with a limited incision hidden beneath her bathing wear line.
