26y.o. with high-risk gene mutations, diagnosed with a left breast cancer. 5'2", 133 pounds. Seen after nipple-sparing mastectomies and staged expander-implant reconstructions with cohesive high projection implants placing a 535cc implant on the right and a 565cc implant on the left. Underwent nipple nerve reconstructions with nerve grafts at the time of her mastectomies. Elected not to have fat grafting.
