42y.o. with a BRCA1 gene mutation. 5', 109 pounds. Underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and staged expander-implant reconstructions. Underwent nipple nerve reconstructions with nerve grafts at the time of her mastectomies. Seen post-operatively after placement of cohesive high projection partially sub-pectoral 415cc implants and fat grafting from the inner thighs.
