42y.o. with carcinoma of the left breast. 5'5, 110 pounds, 32-A cup. Seen after nipple-sparing mastectomies and staged expander-implant reconstructions with cohesive high projection implants placing a 385cc implant on the right and a 415cc implant on the left, and fat grafting from the thighs. Underwent nipple nerve reconstructions with nerve grafts at the time of her mastectomies.
