49y.o. diagnosed with cancer of the right breast. 5'4, 140 pounds, 34-D cup. Despite her very low nipples, she desired a nipple-sparing mastectomy on the right side and a left breast lift. Seen after her right staged expander followed by stacked DIEP flap breast reconstruction, left breast lift, and fat grafting from the hip rolls, flanks, and thighs.
