This 30 year old woman, who was 5’6”, 115 pounds, and 34B-cup, underwent unsatisfactory augmentation with “tear-drop” shaped saline 240cc implant on the right and 230cc on the left. She was subsequently referred to Dr. Orringer, who removed and replaced her implants with 300cc textured gel implants.

This 43 year old woman underwent previous augmentation and breast lifts 22 years earlier. She complained of hard, high implants. She was then referred to Dr. Orringer, who replaced subglandular implants with 300cc subpectoral smooth silicone gel implants.

This 45 year old woman was 5’7 ½” tall, 144 pounds, and 36D cup. She complained of a deflated 11 year old right saline implant. She also complained of drooping of the breasts following two full-term pregnancies. She is seen after placement of subpectoral smooth saline implants, right 565cc, left 575cc, along with breast lifts.
